Prior to becoming Zeder OSM, we initially started as Zeder Group in 2010, an HR and management consulting firm that also specializes in personal development and business transformation. Operating in the MENA region with a headquarter in Dubai and an office in Beirut, we have a deep understanding of the hardships business owners and HR managers face. We’ve mostly dealt with clients from SMEs, however, our skills and expertise will also be of great value to the big corporate world.
And regardless of the role we have and the size of the company we belong to, we’re all just people who experience the same set of emotions and have their own obstacles to overcome. People who are trying their best to make an impact on the world.

Merge with OSM,
Sharing similar ideologies with OSM, our merge was bound to happen eventually/happened naturally. OSM is short for Open Source Management, an Italian management consultancy company, operating internationally for almost 30 years now. Zeder Group’s approach resonated with OSM’s values and we were both two companies that have found synergy within each other.
Thank you, COVID-19, for being the catalyst for this merge and for forcing us to stop and look around, sit together and re-evaluate our company’s vision and long-term positioning within the business world.

What is an I-Profile Analysis test?
The I-Profile Analysis test is a tool that contains 242 questions that will let you have a quick look into a person’s estimated behavior at work and have an idea on their growth potential. It depicts the strengths and weaknesses of the (potential) employee. A trained eye would quickly identify whether or not the candidate is suitable for the vacancy he/she applied to and has the potential to perform well.
In terms of recruitment, the test can precisely show which areas the candidate will need additional training in, so the business owner and/or the HR manager will be aware, in advance, of the actual cost of this new entry.
Money is not the only thing that is wasted when it comes to a wrong hire/hiring the wrong person for the job but time and effort as well. This wrong hire might also bring down your company’s culture, cause interpersonal conflicts and demotivate your whole team.

A consultant, trained under the specific OSM methodology, will deliver the test results to the business owner or the HR manager. In case of individual testing, the results will be delivered to the person him/herself. The test results’ delivery can take up to an hour or even two as we delve deep into the applicant’s personality traits and map out in detail the how-to-improve-from-now-on plan. After all, a test without taking concrete action after it is but a test.
